We offer a return period of 14 days from date of receipt. Defective or wrong item received must be notified to us no later than 3 days after receipt. Pictures of defective items might be requested
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns and items must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number.
Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Items might be returned to buyer & no refund given if not in resalable condition or if item used or incomplete.
Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be notified directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee of 15% in addition to shipping charges unless defective and exchanging for same item. Item returned refused or considered undeliverable will also be charged the 15% fee. Refunds could take up to 5 days after we received the return.
